A big board is a scheduling method used on stop motion productions, where all of the storyboard panels are printed on cards with technical information and notes and arranged on a large board. I loved creating a Big Board for this film because it helped me have a better visual representation of the work I needed to complete and helped me stay organized. This method allows for a lot of flexibility which is needed in creative project planning as there are so many things that change day to day.
